No personal customer information is included, maintaining strict compliance with privacy laws, but information is available on a range of customer attributes. Reports are customised to answer specific client questions, as well as offer regular desktop access to current sales results.

The database includes businesses Australia-wide and is nationally representative, standardised against the Australian population using census information provided by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
