Quantium is committed to protecting personal privacy, data security and the confidentiality of any information in our possession.  This document explains how Quantium handles personal information and complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1998 and the National Privacy Principles.

Collection of personal information
It is Quantium’s policy not to collect personal information about individuals from our partners or clients.  In particular, we do not collect any personal information in relation to our Market Blueprint® service.

All Market Blueprint® data is de-identified prior to receipt.  At no time does Market Blueprint® contain any identifying information about an individual, from any source.  Additionally, there is no reasonable way for the data to be re-identified in a way that would allow the identification of any individual.

However, in order to conduct our business as a professional services firm, we may collect limited personal information about our clients, persons employed by our clients, or other business contacts.  This information consists of business contact details (such as email address, phone number etc) and other relevant business information.  This information is generally collected from those individuals when dealing directly with them (e.g. in meetings, via email, or on the phone).

Use of personal information
Any personal information collected about our clients as a professional services firm is only used to maintain contact with them, and inform them of our products and services, as would reasonably be expected.

Disclosure of personal information
Any personal information collected about our clients as a professional services firm will not be disclosed to any third party, unless required by law.

Security of personal information
Quantium places a high degree of importance on digital security.  Any information or data provided to Quantium is stored in a secure environment, with access restricted to authorised Quantium employees.  All systems at Quantium have up to date hardware and software security measures.

Access and correction to personal information
Our clients have the right to request access to any personal information about them held by Quantium.  Where they believe the information is not accurate, they may request the information be corrected by Quantium.

Sensitive information
Quantium does not collect sensitive information about individuals.
